Build me a Burp Suite plugin that feels like a simple HackBar inside Burp.

I want a handy tab where I can quickly type or paste a request, tweak parameters, and use common web security testing helpers without leaving Burp. It should be easy to launch from Burp, work as a normal extension, and look clean enough to use during testing. If you can, include useful shortcuts for faster workflow, and make room for things like basic payload helpers, encoding and decoding, and simple WAF bypass style utilities for SQLi and XSS testing.
