Build me a web app called TeleCloud that lets me use Telegram as my file storage and file manager.

I want a clean dashboard where I can upload, browse, search, preview, and share files and folders stored on Telegram, with both grid and list views. It should support video and music playback in the browser, including subtitles when available, and let me read EPUB, PDF, and comic files directly online. I also want folder downloads as ZIP, direct download links, a trash area for deleted files, password protected shares, and multiple user accounts with separate storage spaces.

Please include support for WebDAV and an S3 compatible API so other apps can connect to it, plus a simple HTTP upload API for automation.
