Build me a simple AI agent app based on Eliza that I can run and customize easily.

I want it to come with a default character, then let me swap in my own character file later. It should be able to connect to Discord, Twitter, and Telegram, talk in a natural way, and keep useful memory so it can remember past conversations and documents. Please make it work with common AI models like OpenAI, Anthropic, Groq, and local Llama, and make it easy to add more later.

I’d also like a clear setup flow, an env example, and a way to start it quickly from the command line. If there’s a good way to organize multiple agents or rooms, include that too. Make it feel polished enough that someone can launch it, edit the character, and get a working bot without much effort. If you need to check current docs online, go ahead.
