Build me a web app called Waguri, an AI persona chatbot that feels alive and remembers past conversations. I want a chat experience with voice input and voice replies, plus a 3D anime style avatar that reacts with moods, blinking, lip sync, and little idle movements. The bot should remember long term context from previous chats, keep a conversation history, and let me update the persona without hardcoding it into the app.
