Build me a simple macOS menu bar app that lets me view and manage Apple Reminders without opening the full Reminders app.

I want everything to happen from the menu bar, with a clean light and dark mode UI, and it should stay in sync with Apple Reminders on my Mac and through iCloud. Let me create new reminders using natural language for things like due dates, lists, and tags, and also mark reminders as done, edit due dates, priorities, recurrences, lists, tags, and other basic details. It should show upcoming reminders for a time range I can adjust, let me search all reminders, and filter by list or tag.

Please also make the menu bar display customizable, so I can choose an icon, a counter, or the next upcoming reminder. Add a global keyboard shortcut to open or toggle the app. It should request reminder access properly on first launch and work on macOS Monterey 12 or later.
