Build me a simple web app that lets people enter their contact details and instantly generate a QR code that creates a vCard when scanned.

I want the form to be flexible, so users can add as much or as little info as they want, then see the QR code update automatically as they type. It should let them download the QR code and use it for business cards, stickers, or anything else they want to share.
