Build me a self hosted web app for keeping track of all my plants and helping me care for them over time.

I want each plant to live in a location based system, so I can organize everything by room or shelf, then add photos, notes, care logs, history, reminders, and useful details for each plant. It should also have tasks, an inventory, a calendar, search, weather info, and a simple group chat so a few people can manage the same collection together. Please include profile settings, themes, an admin area, backups, QR codes for plants, and a way to identify plants too.
