Build me a tool that can automatically remove the background from images. I need it to be really versatile. I want to be able to use it from the command line to process a single image file or an entire folder of them at once.

It should also be able to run as a web service, giving me a simple API. I want to be able to send it a URL to an image and get back the processed image with a transparent background. It would be great if this also had a simple web page where I could just upload a file to test it out.

Finally, package it all up as a Python library that I can import into my own scripts. It should be smart enough to use my GPU to make it faster if possible, but it should also work fine on a regular CPU.
