Build me a local first personal AI system, basically a Life OS for one person. I want a simple dashboard running on localhost, where I can see my current state, goals, projects, habits, and the different areas of my life like work, health, relationships, and money. It should feel like I have one digital assistant that knows who I am, what I care about, and helps me move from where I am now to my ideal state.

Use plain text and markdown as much as possible so my data stays readable and portable. I want the app to help me define ideal state documents, break them into clear criteria, and use that to guide tasks, workflows, and progress. Include a basic memory layer, skills or workflows the assistant can use, and strong privacy boundaries so personal data stays contained.
