Build me a simple set of Windows batch scripts for the Iris OS build repo.

I want this project to make it easy to set up the build folder, keep things organized, and quickly make a commit when I have changes ready. Iris OS is an Ubuntu based distro with my favorite apps included, so the scripts should feel practical and simple, not over engineered.

Please make the repo usable from a normal Windows machine, with one script to prepare the workspace and another couple of helpers for committing changes and doing a custom commit if I want to add my own message. Keep the prompts and output clear so I can tell what happened when I run them.

If anything is unclear, look up current docs online if you need to, but keep the result lightweight and easy to use.
