Build me a Claude Code plugin for legal and investigative work that gives me a few simple commands I can use from any project.

I want to be able to log evidence with basic custody details like file hash, size, type, and capture time, analyze a document with citations and clear questions left open, redact sensitive content in a few different ways, and generate a polished brief or report as a PDF.

It should also be able to create a new workspace for a case or investigation, with a clean folder structure and a personalized Claude instructions file copied from my local setup. I want variants for legal research, evidence handling, OSINT investigation, and document review, and the legal research one should support jurisdiction specific setup, especially for Israel if I choose that.
