Build me a Portuguese personal command center called VIA, Vida Inteligente Assistida.

I want the app to start with an onboarding chat where the user talks naturally about their life, work, goals, worries, projects, tasks, and reminders. The AI should turn that conversation into organized life areas, projects, tasks, alerts, and a useful dashboard.

The first visit should go to onboarding. After setup, the user should have a dashboard with cards for Today, Pending items, Projects, Life Areas, AI suggestions, and Weekly Review. Add pages for projects, areas, an inbox for random ideas that can be captured and classified by AI, and a weekly review page.

Use Python for the backend and keep it runnable locally in the browser. Include an API with interactive docs. AI should work with OpenRouter when an API key is present, but fall back to a simple local mock when there’s no key so the app still works.

Make it deployable with Docker and keep the UI clean, practical, and in Portuguese.
