Build me a modern church website for Betania Ingolstadt.

I want it to work in German, Romanian, and English, with German as the main language and clear language switching. The site should have a home page, about page, and contact page. It should feel warm, clean, and trustworthy, with orange branding, nice spacing, and a responsive design that looks good on phones and desktops.

Church staff should be able to edit the content without touching code, using TinaCMS. They should be able to manage page sections like the hero area, service times, upcoming events, calls to action, normal text content, videos, contact details, social links, and footer content for each language.

The contact page should include location info, service times, and a simple contact form. Please use Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind, and the CMS setup. Look up current docs online if you need to.
