Hey, build me a library to make website scrolling feel super smooth and elegant, almost like on an Apple product page. Let's call it "Lenis." It should replace the default, sometimes jerky browser scroll with a fluid, high-performance one. The main goal is to give developers a tool to create cool effects like parallax or to sync scroll events with WebGL animations.

The library itself should be lightweight and written in TypeScript. Please set it up so it's easy for people to use in different projects. It should work great in vanilla JavaScript, but also have simple wrappers for popular frameworks like React and Vue.
