Build me a web app where people can create and share Nintendo style Mii characters online. It should feel like a simple Mii Maker, where users can customize the face, hair, colors, glasses, and other parts, preview the character with real 3D rendering, and add fun custom hats.

Users should be able to save Miis into a local library, load them again later, export and import Mii files, save a QR code, and render the Mii as a PNG image. It should support the app’s own extended Mii format while still letting people convert back to the older 3DS and Wii U style format where possible.

Please make it easy to run locally for development, with the TypeScript client building correctly and a simple local server for the public app. Keep the interface friendly and playful, not overly technical. Look up current docs online if you need to.
