Build me a guild raid tracker for Project Quarm EverQuest that has three parts, a Discord bot, a website, and a small desktop app for raid members.

The bot should handle raid timers, boss respawn info, parse uploads, DKP and loot stuff, plus onboarding in Discord. The website should show raid status, parses, buffs, PvP, leaderboards, character pages, and simple officer tools. The desktop app should run on players’ PCs, read their EQ logs locally, show useful overlays and alerts, and upload only the raid and combat info it needs, with privacy in mind.

I want the whole thing to feel like one connected system, where raid data from Discord, the site, and the local app all feed into the same shared view. Make it easy to install, easy to update, and simple for non technical guild members to use. If you need to look up current docs or best practices for any libraries, go ahead and do that.
