Build me a simple, clean website for my collection of ChatGPT custom instruction templates.

I want people to be able to browse all the different prompt files, open one, read what it does, and copy the full instruction text easily. Make it feel organized and friendly, with a homepage that explains the basic idea and a page or view for each template. It should also highlight the general pattern I use, like Mission, Context, Rules, Instructions, Expected Input, Output Format, and Example Output.

Please keep it lightweight and easy to edit later, since the content is mostly markdown. If you need to, look up current docs online for the best way to build this cleanly. Make sure the layout works well on desktop and mobile, and make it easy to add new instruction files in the future without redoing the whole site.
