Build me a simple repo that acts like a personal library of reusable skills for AI agents. I want it to be a collection of focused workflows that an agent can load when needed, for things like coordinating coding agents, creating and improving skills, doing web research, turning rough ideas into clear docs, and handling setup or ops tasks.

Organize the skills into clear category folders under a main skills folder, and make each individual skill live in its own folder with a SKILL.md file that explains what the skill is for, when to use it, and how an agent should follow it. The whole thing should feel practical and ready to reuse across coding, research, and workflow tasks, not like marketing copy.

Also give me a clean README at the root that explains the purpose of the repo and how the skills are organized so someone can browse and use them easily. Keep the structure straightforward and easy to expand later. Look up current agent skill conventions online if you need to.
