Build me a web app called RetailOS for gas station and convenience store owners.

I want one place where an owner or manager can log in and see how the store is doing, fuel sales, revenue, margins, low stock alerts, and daily or weekly profit summaries. It should help manage fuel prices and deliveries, track products and inventory levels, suggest reorders, and flag anything unusual. I also want invoice upload where the user can add a PDF or image from a supplier invoice and the app extracts the line items so they can review them.
