dbcli/pgcli ? reverse-engineered prompt

Reverse engineered prompt

Build me a Postgres terminal app that feels much nicer than plain psql.

I want to be able to open it with a database name or a full connection string, then type SQL with autocomplete for keywords, tables, and columns, plus syntax highlighting and smart suggestions based on what I’m writing. It should format query results in a readable table, support common Postgres login environment variables, and handle basic backslash commands too. If the query is too wide for the screen, switch to a vertical output view automatically.

Please include a simple config file it creates on first run, helpful command line options for host, port, user, password, database, and warning before destructive queries. Make it feel polished in the terminal, with a nice prompt and decent defaults. If you need to check current docs for any library behavior, go ahead and look it up online.
