Build me a web app for discovering, crawling, versioning, and archiving ontologies on the DBpedia Databus.

I want people to be able to search for an ontology by its URI, see all archived versions, and download the latest one in common RDF formats like Turtle, RDF XML, or N Triples. There should be a simple info page for each ontology, a list view of everything stored, and a way to add a new ontology if its URI is reachable and the RDF can be fetched through normal content negotiation.

Also include a basic quality rating for each ontology, like whether it parses, has a license, has a proper ontology declaration, and whether it looks consistent enough to be useful. It would be great if the app can expose the ontology data in RDF too, and show the extra archived files and reports for each version, like parsed files, SHACL checks, docs, and consistency results.
