Build me a repository that keeps the current Spec Kit generated files in sync for a few different coding agents, plus a small set of shared skills that those agents can use.

I want the repo to track the latest Spec Kit version, regenerate outputs when that version changes, and keep the generated files checked in for Claude Code, Codex CLI, Cursor, Copilot CLI, OpenCode, and Gemini. Make the shared skills easy to reuse across tools, and make it clear which files are generated versus the ones I should edit by hand.

Please include the usual Spec Kit workflow support for things like constitution, specify, clarify, plan, tasks, implement, and the helpful checks around them. Add the scripts or workflows needed so the repo can update itself in CI when Spec Kit changes, and format the generated markdown and JSON nicely. If you need anything unclear from the latest Spec Kit docs, look it up online.
