Build me a web app for a construction timelapse digital twin of a tower, with a simple login page and three main screens.

I want one screen that plays the planned build sequence over time in 3D, shows the model, lets me jump to a date or a progress point like halfway or completion, and checks the building against an IDS file in the browser. If something fails, I want it to show up clearly in the model and let me click through to isolate the affected parts.

I also want a progress screen that shows real construction status, schedule progress, cost tracking, and live site sensor data like noise, dust, gas, and wind. Make the sensors clickable with a clean popup and a summary dashboard.

Finally, I want a report screen that generates an AIA style payment report from the live figures, with export options. Keep it as a plain JavaScript app with a dark, polished interface, and look up current ArcGIS and openBIM docs online if you need to.
