dconco/acode-rutex-ai-agent ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me an Acode mobile plugin called Rutex that turns the editor into an AI coding agent. I want it to be able to read the project, understand what I’m trying to do, then make changes across files on its own instead of asking me for every little step.

It should support connecting to AI providers like Gemini, OpenRouter, Ollama, and OpenAI, and let me enter the API settings from inside the app. The agent should be able to read, create, edit, rename, and delete files, and also run terminal commands when needed so it can help with real coding tasks end to end.
