Build me a self hosted AI companion app called Sapphire that feels personal and remembers me over time.

I want a chat experience with voice, so I can talk to it with my mic and hear replies out loud. It should support a few built in personas, memory across conversations, goals, notes about people, and a way to add knowledge files that it can search later. I also want a simple dashboard where I can manage settings, tools, plugins, and see what it’s doing.

Please make it local first by default, with an option to connect to cloud models if I choose, and a privacy switch that blocks outside connections. It should be able to use tools like web search, calendar, email, and smart home actions when I opt in. If you need to check current docs or APIs while building it, go ahead and look them up online.

The result should feel like an AI companion I can actually live with, not just a demo chat app.
