Build me a dark themed web app for tracking IPOs and checking allotment status.

I want a home screen where someone can enter one PAN or paste several PANs, upload a CSV or Excel file, and instantly check allotment for a chosen IPO. The results should be easy to read, searchable, filterable, and exportable. It should also let me check the same PANs across all active IPOs at once, and save a simple history of past checks with stats like total checks, allotments found, and win rate.

Also add an IPO calendar page that shows live IPOs with tabs for open, upcoming, closed, and listed, plus search, sorting, and a watchlist I can star and keep saved.
