Build me a full stack portfolio site that also works like an AI recruiter chatbot for me.

I want recruiters to land on the page and be able to chat with my candidate profile like it is a real assistant. It should answer questions about my skills, work experience, projects, and resume details in a natural way, with responses streaming in gradually so it feels alive and responsive. When it makes sense, it should also suggest a few follow up questions to keep the conversation going.

Please include a way to load and parse my resume PDF so the chatbot can pull structured answers from it, and let users open or download the resume from inside the chat. I also want chat history saved so people can come back to previous conversations, switch between them, and delete them if needed.
