Build me a MacOS desktop app that feels like a modern recreation of Dr. Sbaitso, using Zig and Raylib if that fits the project. I want it to open like a retro DOS program, show the Creative Labs style intro, ask for my name, then let me type messages to the Doctor and get classic therapist style replies back on screen.

Make it feel faithful to the original, with the old voice if possible, or a clean native speech fallback if the original speech backend is missing. The app should load canned responses from a JSON file, avoid repeating the same answer too much, notice repeated input, handle curse words with a scolding response, and use generic fallback replies when it does not understand.

Please include simple commands like changing the speech engine, changing the brain, saying custom text, clearing the screen, and making md5 or sha1 hashes.
