Build me a smart AI router that runs on my local machine. I'm tired of juggling different AI subscriptions and API keys for my coding tools like Cursor, Copilot, and Claude Code. I want a single app to manage them all.

The app should have a simple web dashboard where I can connect all my accounts — from the paid ones like OpenAI and Anthropic to free providers. The most important feature is the intelligent fallback system. When I make a request from my editor, it should automatically try to use my active subscriptions first. If they're maxed out or down, it should switch to a cheap pay-as-you-go API, and as a last resort, use a free model. This way I can code without interruptions and also save money.
