Build me a cute interactable desktop pet in Godot based on the Expie character from Casualties Unknown. I want it to sit on the desktop and feel alive, with simple movement, reactions, and little idle behaviors that make it fun to keep open while I work.

This repo is the source, not the finished build, and it’s still a work in progress, so please clean it up and make it feel more complete and polished. Use the Godot .NET version since the project may break otherwise, and if you need to, look up any current docs online. There’s also a console addon involved, so make sure the project still works with that.

Please keep the existing idea and style, but organize the project better, fix anything broken, and make it easy to run from the editor. If something is missing, add sensible defaults so it behaves like a real desktop pet instead of a rough prototype.
