deepfakes/faceswap ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a desktop app that lets me swap faces in pictures and videos, like the deepfake examples I've seen. I'd like a simple GUI to manage everything.

The process should have a few main steps. First, I want to be able to feed it two sets of images—one folder for "Person A" and another for "Person B". The app should then use these photos to train an AI model to learn what each person's face looks like. Once the model is trained, I want to be able to take a new video or picture with Person A in it, and the app should automatically replace their face with Person B's face.

Please set this all up using Python and make sure it's optimized to use my GPU for faster training and rendering. It should handle all the dependencies needed for the deep learning parts.
