deepseek-ai/DeepSeek-Coder ? reverse-engineered prompt

I want to set up and run the DeepSeek Coder models on my local machine. The goal is to create a personal AI coding assistant. Please build this out using Python and the Hugging Face transformers library, following the examples in the README.

It should have a few key capabilities. First, it needs to do code completion, where it can write a full function from just a comment. Second, it should support the "fill-in-the-blank" feature for inserting code snippets into the middle of an existing function. And finally, I'd like to have a chat interface set up so I can ask it programming questions directly.

The README shows how to do all this with the deepseek-coder-6.7b-instruct model, so let's use that as the basis. Make sure to install all the dependencies from requirements.txt and also get the local web demo from the demo folder up and running.
