Build me a browser based study platform for the Access Bank ELTP that works like a simple quiz site plus a real workbook area.

I want a login home page, separate pages for the Graduate Track and Retail Track, and one shared quiz page that can load different course question sets. The quiz experience should include normal practice quizzes, a timed exam style mode, flashcards, and a way to review missed questions only. Please make it save progress in the browser, remember scores and missed questions, and support cloud sync when someone signs in so their progress follows them to another device.

The workbook area should feel like a notebook where I can create subjects, add sheets, paste in questions with formatting, and write detailed answers with tables and equations. It should autosave, let me export to PDF or JSON, and support dark mode and light mode across the whole site.

Keep it as a static site that can run from GitHub Pages, and if you need current docs or examples, look them up online.
