Build me a public GitHub project that packages senior level UX and design system knowledge for AI agents, so when I ask for UI help the agent automatically applies good design judgment.

I want it set up as a skills pack I can install with the skills.sh flow, with a clear README that explains what it does, how to install it, how to use it in plain English, and how to connect to an optional MCP engine for extracting real design tokens from live websites. Include a good set of practical skills around layout, typography, color, accessibility, forms, data display, modals, loading states, and overall UI polish.

Make it feel opinionated and useful for real product work, especially enterprise and B2B interfaces. Also add whatever project files, metadata, and examples are needed so it works cleanly with Claude Code and other agent tools that support Open Agent Skills. If you need to check current docs for any of this, look them up online first.
