Reverse engineered prompt

Build me a simple terminal app that acts like a free AI coding agent launcher.

I want to run it with npx free-pi-cli, see a first time consent screen that explains the service is free because ads pay for inference and that sessions may be used to train models, then sign in with GitHub. After that it should save the login token locally so I stay signed in the next time I open the terminal and run the same command again.

It should keep its own config separate from any existing pi install, and it should be able to talk to a backend through a base URL that can be changed with an environment variable for local testing. If the user is already signed in, it should just check the token and launch the coding agent TUI right away.

Please make it work cleanly as a command line tool, with tests, and if you need to look up current docs or APIs online, go ahead.
