Build me a local assistant for TradingView Desktop that lets Claude Code control my charts and help with Pine Script. I want it to connect to the TradingView app that is already running on my computer through the browser debug port, then let me check the current chart, change symbols and timeframes, add or remove indicators, draw simple objects, manage alerts, and take screenshots for analysis.

It should also help with Pine Script, so I can create, edit, compile, and debug scripts from the assistant. I’d like a command line too, so I can do the same things from terminal and get JSON output I can pipe into other tools.

Please keep everything local on my machine, do not send chart data anywhere, and make it clear that it only works with my own TradingView Desktop app and a valid subscription. If you need to look up any current details, check the docs online first.
