Build me a simple browser based creative image editor called Ditther. I want it to feel playful and visual, more like experimenting than doing serious photo editing. Let people upload an image, see it on a canvas right away, and stack different looks like cinematic color filters, duotone, pixel style effects, halftone, dot matrix textures, backgrounds, moods, and generative overlays. It should be easy to mix effects, adjust colors and intensity, toggle layers on and off, and quickly compare versions.

Please make the interface clean and approachable, with a nice landing experience and sensible defaults so someone can start creating without reading instructions. It should work well on desktop in the browser, feel fast, and update the preview live while settings change. Include a way to save or export the final result.
