Build me a Flutter Android app called Totals that helps people in Ethiopia track all their bank transactions automatically from SMS alerts. It should read supported bank messages, understand deposits, withdrawals, transfers, fees, and balances, then save everything locally on the phone so the user’s financial data never goes to the cloud.

I want a clean mobile experience with a home screen showing total balance, recent transactions, income versus expenses, and simple insights. Users should be able to add multiple bank accounts, search and filter transaction history, tag categories, create budgets, get spending alerts, and see charts for daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly spending. Support banks like CBE, Awash, Abyssinia, Dashen, Telebirr, Amhara, and Nib.

Please include biometric lock, dark and light themes, import and export for backups, Android home widgets for balance and expenses, and a small local browser view on the same network. Keep it private, offline after setup, and easy for a normal person to use.
