Build me a Django blogging system that feels like a real production site, not just a demo. It should let people sign up, log in, and post articles with images, categories, and clean unique URLs. I want full create, edit, delete, and view flows for posts and categories, plus a comment section where only signed in users can leave comments.

Please include separate access for admin, manager, editor, and author so different people can see the right dashboard and only do what they’re allowed to do. The dashboards should show useful counts and tables, like recent posts, comments, and totals for each section.

Add search with the typed term staying in the search box, pagination, featured and recent posts, and the usual nice blog templates. Make sure media uploads work properly and the design is clean and simple. If you need to check current Django docs or best practices, feel free to look them up online while building it.
