Build me a small macOS app that lives in the notch and opens when I hover over it, or with a keyboard shortcut. I want it to feel like a tiny floating panel, not a normal app, with no Dock icon and no menu bar icon.

It should let me quickly switch between a few plain text notes, a checklist style note, a simple web page view where I can type a URL or search, and a terminal tab that keeps running in the background. Notes should save as I type and reopen the same next time. I also want basic list editing, clickable links in notes, font size control, and the ability to lock the panel open or let it disappear when I move away.

Please make it work well on MacBooks with a notch, but if a Mac does not have one, just keep the panel at the top center. If you need to check current macOS or Swift docs while building it, go ahead.
