Build me a Telegram quiz bot platform that feels like an alternative to the official quiz bot.

I want one setup that can create quizzes, edit them, and let people play them inside Telegram. It should support quiz questions entered from text, imported from forwarded quiz polls, PDF or file based import, and even AI generated quizzes if that is available. People should be able to run quizzes in practice mode or exam mode, see scores, leaderboards, and per question or section results, and get a nice HTML score report at the end.

Also add simple premium access so some quizzes can be free and some can be paid, plus a way to broadcast announcements to all users. If possible, include the Telegram mini app player so quizzes can be played in a more visual way inside Telegram. Use MongoDB for storage, keep it production ready, and make it easy to run from one main command with environment variables.
