Build me a Filament plugin for Laravel that adds a nice customizable footer to the admin panel.

I want it to be easy to install, then just register it in the Filament plugin list and have a footer show up by default. Please make it possible to turn the footer on or off, choose where it appears in the panel, and change the text to a custom sentence if needed. It should also support showing the app name, GitHub version info, installed version, and page load time. I’d like options for a custom logo with a link, extra footer links, a top border, and the ability to hide the footer on specific pages.

Please keep the styling clean and make sure it works with a custom Filament theme. If you need to look up current Filament docs online to match the latest setup, go ahead.
