Build me a Thai pixel art office demo where several AI coworkers walk around, sit at their desks, and talk to each other in real time.

It should run locally on my computer, not cloud based, using LM Studio as the local chat model server. The interface should be in Thai and feel like a small office simulation, with a task board, agent status, timeline, chat, and an office map. I want 5 Thai style agent roles, general assistant, developer, freelancer, FarmConnect, and DevDonate. They only need to roleplay and chat for now, not actually connect to GitHub, MQTT, payment systems, or real APIs.

Make the panels movable or hideable, add controls to pause and resume the simulation, and let me turn automatic agent conversations on or off. If character sprites are missing, show simple colored placeholders so the app still works.

Please set it up as a working TypeScript project with a local server and web UI, and include clear run instructions for LM Studio and localhost.
