Build me the full Singularity web platform as a polished monorepo, with a public landing site and docs, plus a separate student portal for login, onboarding, dashboard, and pricing.

I want Google sign in that only allows @miet.ac.in emails, then a simple onboarding step where a student enters their roll number and passes a CAPTCHA. After that they should land in a dashboard where they can view their account and subscription status, and upgrade through a payment flow.

Please make the marketing site look modern and clean, with docs search, some nice motion, and a strong product feel. The whole thing should run well on Cloudflare Workers, and the backend should expose the auth, onboarding, subscription, result, me, and cron routes that the app needs. Use the existing TypeScript setup and make it feel production ready, with good validation, tidy UI, and working end to end flows. If you need to look up current docs online for anything, go ahead.
