I want a self hosted solo developer tool that helps me manage coding agents like a kanban board for AI coding work. It should run entirely on my own machine, with no cloud account, no auth, and no team features. I want to create and prioritize tasks on a board, open a workspace for each task, give an agent its own branch and terminal, watch what it’s doing, review code changes, leave feedback, preview the app in a built in browser, and then create and merge pull requests when it’s ready.

Please also include a terminal cockpit version so I can manage workspaces, transcripts, approvals, and the board without leaving the terminal. If possible, add the Telegram piece that can send blocked agent questions or approval requests to a Telegram group so I can unblock things from my phone, but keep it send only.

Make it feel like one command to start locally. Look up current docs online if you need to.
