Build me a public skill catalog for AI coding assistants that installs from a single command and can be used from CLI, API, MCP, and A2A.

I want people to be able to browse a large collection of reusable SKILL.md style playbooks, install them easily, and then use them inside tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Codex CLI, and Gemini CLI. Include a simple guided install flow, a few ready made bundles for common needs like general engineering, full stack work, design, security, devops, AI apps, and OSS maintenance, and a read only catalog API for search and downloads. It should also support MCP so assistants can discover and configure skills, plus an A2A flow for handing off tasks between agents.

Make it feel polished, with good docs, validation, and clear English curated versions where needed. If you need to look up current docs online, do that.
