Build me a working version of Diffusion Studio, a video editor that can be driven from both the app and a command line tool.

I want to be able to open the editor, load a folder of footage or a composition file, and edit video in a way that stays flexible so every piece on the timeline or canvas can still be clicked, moved, and changed later.
