I want a self hosted YouTube Shorts factory for a faceless channel that can mostly run itself on a Windows machine. It should pick topics a few times a day, research YouTube, Reddit, and the web, check whether an idea is worth making before spending compute, then write a short script, generate voice and captions, render a simple animated explainer style video, do a quick quality check, and publish it to YouTube. Please include a variation system so each new short feels different from recent ones in title, format, visuals, voice, length, or topic, because I do not want repetitive content.
I also want a simple local dashboard I can open in the browser to see what is running, what shipped, recent analytics, and buttons to trigger each loop manually. Add a daily email digest, a daily competitor study, and a weekly learning loop that reads channel analytics and updates the playbook with better rules over time. Use the repo as a reference, keep secrets out of git, and look up current docs online if you need to.
