Build me a simple party planning helper as a React web app. I want it to feel like a friendly notepad for organizing an event, not a complicated project management tool.

The main page should let me write down the party name, date, location, guest notes, food and drink ideas, decorations, shopping reminders, and any other loose notes. Make it easy to add, edit, and delete items so I can keep track while planning. It should look clean and cheerful, with nice spacing, readable text, and a layout that works on both phone and desktop.

Please keep it simple and frontend only for now. Saving in the browser is fine so my notes do not disappear when I refresh. Use the existing React app setup and make the styling polished enough that it feels like a real little planning app. If you need current React docs, look them up online.
