Build me a browser extension like SyNap for Chrome, Brave and Chromium that lets me use ChatGPT and other AI models directly on any webpage.

I want a small AI dialog I can open with a shortcut, a right click option to summarize the current page, and tools for selected text like translate, summarize, rewrite, explain code, or run my own saved prompts. It should support Markdown answers, code highlighting, math formulas, and multiple languages, especially French and English.

Please include a simple settings popup where I can organize prompts into categories, add emojis to prompts and categories, import a Markdown emoji table, drag prompts between categories, and see which prompts I use the most. I also want a compact floating toolbar with category buttons, plus floating chat windows that can be minimized, moved and resized without stacking on top of each other.

Use a modern browser extension setup with local storage for settings and usage stats. Make it buildable with npm, and look up current extension docs online if needed.
